Refund Policy



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can only receive a refund if the product was damaged/faulty from receiving, It must also be in the original packaging.

You are NOT entitled to a refund if the product is lost in delivery. We have no control over delivery handling and are not responsible if you do not receive your goods. Please note, it can take up to 30 days to deliver the Fidget Cube depending on your geographic location.

Please note, the Fidget Cube is a description of the product and is not the actual “Fidget Cube” made by AntsyLabs. We are selling a product which you can fidget with not the brand. If you were mislead by this you will not recieve a 50% refund of the price of the product at the time or purchasing.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within 1-3 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
